Overview:

Nissan is looking for an experienced Business Analyst RPA at their Trivandrum, Kerala location. The job of a Business Analyst (BA) entails working with RPA development team, functional SMEs and key project stakeholders to communicate and formulate the business objectives, scope, feasibility, timelines, documentation and various business and IT-related requirements for a project. The BA will act as a vital link for collaboration between project stakeholders and technical configurators to communicate with each other their requirements and to ensure that the technical configuration meets the business requirements. The BA will also play the role of breaking down architectural and technical complexities in order for project stakeholders to understand requirements, impending issues and their successful resolution.

Roles and responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should be able to:

  • Gather requirements, translating and simplifying the requirements to the developers
  • Work with the functional process SME to create, analyse and validate the business process
  • Prepare the feasibility report, business case, and final solution with the technical architect with the process SME and to lead the development project
  • Prepare the entire project plan and rollout plan
  • Communicating the project update to the business team
  • Conduct knowledge sharing and training sessions
  • Conducting UAT and validating the solution against the requirement
  • Ensure that the project is delivered successfully as per the customer’s requirement

Eligibility:

  • 2-3 years of work experience in IT / Business / IT project implementation
  • B-Tech / Master Degree
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and communication
  • Ability to take business decisions
  • Prior experience on any RPA tool
  • Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills (added advantage)
  • Understanding of IT landscapes and architecture, systems engineering concepts, business process re-engineering and business automation
  • The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
  • Intermediate to strong knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Visio, Powerpoint
  • Require ability to understand coding logic (added advantage)
  • Knowledge of scrum and agile methodology
