How to change the size of C drive partition

Drive partition is very easy and can be done by following the simple methods mentioned below.

If your computer has only one drive showing i.e. Drive C

Right-click on -> My Computer (This Pc) click on Manage -> click on Storage -> Disk Management

Right-click on C Drive and Click on Shrink volume -> Enter the amount of space you want to shrink -> click on shrink

Now it will create unallocated space on your drive.

Right-click on un allocated space select new simple volume -> click -> next -> finish.

Now you can see you two no’s of drive on your PC i.e. Drive C and Drive D

If you want to expand your C drive

Following scenario-I on disk management select the unused drive to shrink the volume you want to extract.

After getting the unallocated space

Right click on C drive -> Select extend volume ->select the available space->next -> finish
